MessageApi

API	Description
GET api/data/downloadfile/{id}	Returns byte array containing file, which belongs to message having RefId attribute equal to id parameter.
POST api/data/upload	Uploads message.
POST api/data/uploadanonymous	Uploads anonymous message.
POST api/data/markasdeleted?id={id}	Marks message with RefId property equal to parameter id as deleted.
POST api/data/restoredeleted?id={id}	Restores deleted message having RefId property equal to parameter id.
POST api/data/addmessagetag?id={id}&tag={tag}	Adds tag to message having RefId property equal to parameter id.
POST api/data/removemessagetag?id={id}&tag={tag}	Removes tag from message having RefId property equal to parameter id.
